Phoenix Method License Agreement
Version 1.0 — February 2026
This license establishes the terms, scope, and permitted use of the Phoenix Method and its associated materials.
The Phoenix Method is offered as a clarity framework maintained by a steward of knowledge. It is descriptive only and does not provide interpretation, prediction, or guidance.
The Phoenix Method Clarity Tools expose interference within the user's own system; they do not interpret, resolve, or modify that interference.
Definitions
Phoenix Method — The conceptual framework, tools, structures, language, and materials created by the Licensor.
Materials — All written, visual, structural, or conceptual components provided as part of the Phoenix Method, including the Clarity Tools (Pin, Compass, Map) and associated documentation.
The Phoenix Altiora Coherence Architecture, including the Coherence Specification and Euler Alignment, is open access and not covered by this license.
User — The individual or organization obtaining a license.
Field — The area of work, study, or practice the User is operating in.
Consulting — Any industry specific adaptation, modification, or application of the Phoenix Method beyond the standard materials.
License Types
Personal License — 75 USD For individual, private use only.
Nonprofit License — 125 USD For nonprofit organizations and mission driven groups using the tool internally.
Individual Work License — 150 USD For individuals using the tool in the course of their work.
Organizational License — 300 USD For teams, departments, companies, research groups, labs, think tanks, and other institutional bodies.
License Duration
This license is non-transferable and valid for the lifetime of the purchaser. No renewals, subscriptions, or ongoing obligations apply.
Scope of Use
The User may apply the Phoenix Method within their field for internal, non commercial purposes consistent with the license type purchased.
The User may not:
redistribute the materials
publish the materials
claim authorship
create derivative works
integrate the materials into commercial products or services
automate or embed the materials into software or AI systems
use the materials to train machine learning models
use the materials in coaching, consulting, facilitation, or professional services
Any industry specific adaptation or modification of the tool is consulting. This condition does not limit or alter the User's ability to purchase a license, and consulting is not included in any license type.
It is within the scope of the license to discuss personal experiences with the Phoenix Method. This refers only to the user's own reflections and does not permit sharing or reproducing the materials themselves.
Restrictions
The Phoenix Method is not designed for minors. It is intended for users who can independently apply judgment and discretion in their field.
The User may not use the materials in any context that violates applicable laws or ethical standards.
Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Phoenix Method and its materials remain with the Licensor. The license grants permission to use, not ownership.
Termination
The license terminates automatically if the User violates the terms. Upon termination, the User must discontinue use of all materials.
No Warranty
The Phoenix Method is provided as is. No guarantees or outcomes are promised or implied.
Limitation of Liability
The Licensor is not responsible for decisions made using the Phoenix Method or its materials.
